Halloween costumed cats demonstrated different poses in yoga class

Cats dressed up for Halloween at Harmony House for Cats, 2914 N Elston Ave., and displayed extreme agility during a yoga class on Friday night, Oct. 28.

They even gave some advice.

Cats and kittens are available for adoption every Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.

Harmony House is a no kill cageless shelter opened in July 2012. Some mechanical problems with part of their eco-friendly heating and air conditioning system recently challenged their already stretched budget.

They are in need of volunteers and donations. To learn about ways to help check their website.
