Brooklyn Elaine Venable in two weeks shows signs of rockin' in Logan Square and Wicker Park

Just two weeks old and Brooklyn Elaine Venable appears to be ready to be involved with her Logan Square and Wicker Park neighborhoods.

She weighed in at 7 pounds and one ounce and was 19.5 inches long when she was born at 5:45 p.m. on Sept. 13 in Prentice Hospital.

Her dad Scott is Pastor of Mosaic Church and is always available to help people and groups in both Logan Square and Wicker Park. He works daily with A.N. Pritzker School as a volunteer. In addition he volunteers with Collaboraction theater company as well as with programming in Wicker Park where he is a member of the Advisory Council.

Her mother Ashley too is an active community member, donating time and energy to people and events. In May she will have completed her Masters degree in Education.
