Latest 1st Ward Family addition: Cameron Armstrong Bailey

Cameron, at 6 weeks of age, joined the Chelsea Armstrong, Matthew (Matt) Bailey and Worthing Bailey family. 

Named Cameron by his birth mom, his middle name is Armstrong, just like his sister's.

Born in the suburbs, he weighed in at seven pounds two ounces. With his forever family, he is already 11 pounds.

On a roller coaster of emotions with many disappointments over three years, Chelsea and Matt were delighted to receive this bundle of joy in an open adoption through The Cradle. The Cradle is an adoption agency that began in 1923.

Older sister, Worthing, who is named after her dad's hometown in England, is also pleased to have a baby brother.

Chelsea is a Chicago Public School teacher in an alternative high school and is the founder of Tabula Rasa. Matt is the Director of Legislative Affairs and Communications for 1st Ward Alderman Proco "Joe" Moreno.
