Chicago Grand Neighbors Assn General Meeting
The next CGNA meeting (and last for this year) is scheduled for Tuesday, November 13th, 6:30 p.m. at the Output Lounge at the corner of Grand and Wood.
Our focus will be safety and energy efficiency. Safety: The CAPS program is about to undergo some changes. This, in combination with the closing of our district's police station early December and still tbd on a satellite office to continue some local presence, will greatly impact our ability to conveniently, quickly communicate concerns and crimes to our beat officers.
Share your opinions and any ideas you have. Energy Efficiency: With winter just around the corner, we'll feature Leslie Proudfoot the Field Organizer from Energy Impact Illinois who will talk about home improvement financial incentives and savings still available through $25 million federal stimulus money for the Chicago area.
