Cyclist versus car in Wicker Park

At approximately 2 p.m. on July 14, south of North Ave. in the northbound lane of Damen Ave., a cyclist was injured as a result of an encounter with an auto. Taken to St. Mary and Elizabeth's Medical Center by Emergency Medical Service's #45, the male was in non life-threatening condition.

 

The female driver was given medical attention on site where Chicago Fire Department Truck #28 was also on the scene. As of early morning July 15, the Chicago Police Department had no record of this incident.
