Former 1st Ward Alderman Proco "Joe" Moreno charged in Gold Coast crashes

Former 1st Ward Alderman Proco "Joe" Moreno was charged with eight misdemeanor counts for the four block path of destruction he caused on Sunday night, Dec. 27, at 9:21 p.m., according to the Chicago Police Department (CPD)

Two charges are DUIs (Driving Under the Influence), another is for reckless driving and five are for failing to report damaging unattended vehicles. 

Moreno bonded out with an I-Bond.
