Kim Members who said he was from the west side said, "I was in the PNC Bank [Division and Ashland] when I heard seven or eight gunshots. Police were swarming everywhere. There was so much traffic and police that people could hardly get through."

According to Members the Triangle was populated with several circles of teens standing and talking, while others were getting on and off the buses.

UPDATE
Brian Hopkins, Alderman 2nd Ward, states that the shooter fled on foot northbound. Police have extra patrols in the surrounding neighborhood.
