Do you know this woman?

Thank you for your help. She has been identified and family is being contacted.

A 40 to 50-year-old woman walked into Resurrection Hospital on Nov. 6.

She is unable to tell anyone who she is or where she comes from. 

She is 5' 6" tall, weighing 130 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair with a fair complexion. She was wearing gray sweats, neon green hooded sweatshirt and gray brown boots.
