Missing high risk woman: Rosie Bowie

Rosie Bowie, 60, is missing from the 2200 N. block of Rockwell. 

Suffering from dementia and schizophrenia, Bowie was last seen on Nov. 2. 

She is described as being 5' 4" tall African American with brown eyes and hair.
