Gang Intervention Probation Program: David Cruz in 12th District
David Cruz
Arrested and charged with a criminal offense in Illinois, David Cruz has been placed in the Gang Intervention Program. He resides in the 12th Police District and frequents the 1400 block of Erie and the 1500 block of Superior.
As a condition of release and probation, the Court has ordered that Cruz may NOT violate the curfew that the Court has given him. The seven days a week curfew is from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. until Mar. 14, 2014. The public docket number is 13-218883.
The Chicago Police Department is asking everyone to call 911 if you see Cruz in the public during his curfew hours. CAPS facilitator of Beat 1212 Molly Murray recommends, "Tell the operator that you would like to be anonymous. You then give the name and/or a good description and location of the offender. That's it. You don't have to go to court, testify or anything else. Everything has been arranged by the court. All of the court papers are online and the officer just has to process the prisoner and he/she goes back to jail."
