High Risk: man is missing

UPDATE: Mr. Ritchey was located.

Suffering from dementia, Joseph Ritchey, 76, is missing and considered to be high risk by the Chicago Police Department (CPD). 

Missing from the Central Park/Kimball and Fullerton area, Ritchey is described as white, six feet tall, weighing 152 pounds with gray hair and fair complexion.
