Iris Millan is leaving 1st Ward Alderman Moreno's office this week

Iris Millan is leaving 1st Ward Alderman Proco "Joe" Moreno's office the end of the month to take on a new role in the community.

As the alderman's scheduler and most currently as Director of Community Affairs, Iris has been at many community meetings and events. But she will will continue to be visible in the community. Her new challenges will be in a not-for-profit called St. Joseph Services (SJS).

Her Ward experience will serve her well as she will be the Community Development Manager. SJS serves youth programming and adult literacy programs.
