Blue Line service changes through February 6

The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) suggests that Blue Line riders may want to allow a little extra time for their travels during the following times when there will be some service changes.

Boarding changes between Damen and Clark/Lake

From Fri, Jan. 31 at 10 p.m. to Sat., Feb.1 at 4 a.m. 

Board and exit on the Forest Park-bound platform at the Grand, Chicago and Division stations. 

Trains in both direction will operate on the same track between Clark/Lake and Damen. 

This work is being performed to ensure safe operations along the Blue Line

Boarding changes between California and Belmont

From Sat., Feb. 1 at 10 p.m. to Sun., Feb. 2 at 6 a.m. 

Board and exit on the O'Hare-bound platform at the Logan Square station

Trains in both direction will operate on the same track between Belmont and California, which may cause slight delays. It is advised to allow extra travel time. 

This work is being performed to ensure safe operations along the Blue Line. 

Boarding changes between Damen and Clark/Lake

From Mon, Feb. 3, to Thurs., Feb. 6
Nightly 10 p.m. to 4 a.m., next day 

Board and exit on the O'Hare-bound platform at the Division, Chicago and Grand stations 

Trains in both direction will operate on the same track between Damen and Clark/Lake.
