Boarding change on the Blue Line this weekend

The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) advises riders to allow extra travel time over the weekend.

Work will be done as part of the Illinois Department of Transportation's (IDOT) Montrose bridge demolition and reconstruction project.

Boarding change, delays between Irving Park and Jefferson Park

Fri., Dec. 18 at 10 p.m. to Sun., Dec. 20, at 10 a.m. 

Board and exit all trains on the Forest Park-bound side of the platform at the Montrose station. 

Trains in both directions will operate on the same track between Irving Park and Jefferson Park.
