CTA warns of possible Blue Line delays on Saturday

The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) warns of possible delays on the Blue Line between O'Hare and the Loop on Sat., May 2, and suggest that extra time be allowed for travel between 1 a.m. and 3 p.m. 

Construction by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) on the Montrose Ave. bridge over the Kennedy Expressway will result in trains in both directions operating on the same track between Irving Park and Jefferson Park. 

Boarding and exiting at the Montrose station will be on the Forest Park-bound side of the platform.
